Key responsibilities:

Guidance and advice:

• Guiding clients alongside data specialists in the implementation of AGI within procurement.
• Providing advice on the implementation of AGI within procurement.

Workshops  & Training:

• Conducting workshops and training sessions on the use of ChatGPT and other AI tools within the procurement domain.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest AGI trends and developments relevant to procurement.

Data Extraction & Preparation:

• Collaborating closely with clients to extract procurement data from various source systems.
• Using AI tools to preprocess, label, and enrich the expenditure analysis dataset.

AI Powered Spend analyse:

• Voorbereiden en begeleiden uitvoering van een Spend Analyse met behulp van ChatGPT.
• Verrijkte datasets samen met de klant analyseren met behulp ChatGPT om nieuwe besparingen op de uitgaven te ontdekken.

Utilizing the Sustainability Assistant Service:

• Evaluating supplier data using AGI to provide insights on sustainability and environmental impact.
• Guiding clients in making informed decisions regarding their supplier base with a focus on sustainability.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintaining and developing strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying potential areas for business expansion.
• Conducting regular needs analyses with clients to identify areas where the company can provide added value.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT and other AI/AGI tools and models.
• Experience in procurement, expenditure analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Primary language: Dutch, Secondary: English
