As a Procurement Data Analyst, you ensure that the purchasing department ofthe clients can optimally add value for its internal and external customers and its services. You develop, generate, collect and analyse purchasing data and information.
Where possible, you use the data analysis developed by Zuiver Analytics. Onthe one hand by helping the client to use it himself, on the other hand by carrying out (complex) data analysis for the client and presenting the conclusions.
With the development of specific procurement-oriented and more advanced data analytics we are only at the beginning of the journey. There is more than just a spend analysis. Together with the clients you will discover what works and what doesn't work. You contribute to the continuous optimization and improvement of the developed analyses.
Where necessary, you will also cooperate on the data side at the client to create the desired data set that is necessary for the analysis.

You are someone who is familiar with purchasing and has a passion for data. You know the potential value of data for purchasing and you have the vision that data analytics can really take the purchasing function further. You have gained experience in developing dashboards. You would like to continue to act in the purchasing domain and help purchasing departments to create more valuefrom internal and external data.
On the data side, you have knowledge and experience in retrieving and processing data. You are able to select data from one or more databases and prepare this data for analysis. Preferably by means of from SQL. You are interested in the more advanced AI-supported data analysis techniques, but you do not see yourself developing these algorithms yourself. You want to understand them and use them to help the purchasing domain further.
You are handy with software and creating dashboards in general and you can quickly understand a system and find your way around it. You also keep yourself abreast of technological developments. Some familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or purchasing systems (P2P or S2P) is a plus.
You have 3 to 5 years of work experience in a BI / Purchasing / Data Analysis / Consultancy position
